Recent attack on CRPF convoy shows us how terrorism is a great threat to a country's security. A JeM Terrorist hit his explosive loaded car into the bus and takes life of 40 CRPF Jawans. Intelligence report warned security forces weeks before the attack, ex-RAW chief said that the intelligence report give all information about the attack , How? When? And Where?.
Still failing to prevent such a big attack is still a mystery.
There is lots of reasons for the irresponsibility, whether it is weather or a large convoy.
There are lots of questions arises after this attack.
1) How do they can get such a big amount of explosive (~200Kg)?
2) Why private vehicles movement were not stopped while passing CRPF convoy?
3) What happens to the intelligence report that was received?
Boycotting pakistan is the thing we should had done before this attack because they are helping terrorism survive for their own profit.
There are simply many reason why they do so.
1) They can't fight a direct war with India and that's why they are taking help via a proxy war with India, On the other hand they are increasing their power by collaboration with China which is on the other hand using Pakistan to strengthen themselves against India for a near future.
2) They don't have money that will required for the development for their country. Helping terrorism they get money and they keep Terrorist in a safe place.
Example- Osama Bin Laden was kept near a Officers Complex for ISI for better security and convenience.
3) They are using Terrorism to fight Afganistan in a proxy war. They gave birth to Taliban that initiated in Pakistan and then captured Afganistan provinces.

Indian Government recently increased the Custom duty by 200% on products imported from Pakistan after taking the tag of "Most Favoured Nation" in trading. India also requested UN to ban M. Azhar who roam freely in Pakistan.
China always prevent banning of Masood by imposing VETO. This time France also said that they will help India in banning Masood. US told Pakistan to stop funding terror groups.
Local residents of J&K help militants to survive, and sometime resists army to complete an encounter. Until we build a border instead of LOC this will continue.
