Is our neighbour trying to scare us? || Vivpost

On 5th August 2019, GOI revokes Article 370 which gives J&K its special status. J&K will now be reduced into 2 UT's, firstly Ladakh without a legislature, secondly J&K with the legislature.

Some are the powers of the J&K state before Article 370 was annulled:-

  • Dual Citizenship
  • Separate Flag
  • Article 360 did not apply to J&K.
  • No reservation for minorities.
  • Only Domicile of J&K can purchase immovable property in J&K.
  • RTI Act was not applicable there.
  • Legislative Assembly has a tenure of 6 years.
Now all these special provisions were scrapped and J&K will follow the Indian Constitution. Although Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah assured that the statehood will be restored if the conditions were good in future and changing it to UT is just a temporary step.

Pakistan is in shock

Following the scrapping of Article 370, Pakistan is in shock and organizing a lot of meetings and trying to find a way to target India on the International stage. Pakistan breaks trade ties with India and also cancels समझौता एक्सप्रेस to express its stand, Now we can see a similar decision regarding the Kartarpur corridor, though the Punjab CM asked them not to back down from the deal.

Pakistan earlier went to the UN to interfere in Kasmir matter but UN refused to comment on this issue because in Shimla Agreement Pakistan and India signed a document that they both will mutually and bilaterally solve the Kashmir issue and will not involve any 3rd party as mediator, but recently Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan begged POTUS Donald Trump to help to solve Kashmir issue, which India rejected completely.

Following the scrapping of Article 370, US Official published a statement quoting " India didn't inform or consult us about scrapping Article 370".

After 2 days and after lots of criticism about Trump offering mediation on Kashmir row, US published a statement that says

" Kashmir is a bilateral issue between India and Pakistan and there is no policy change".

Pakistan trying all its best to attract international attention in this matter.

Recently, posters and banners were seen in Baloch province supporting Kashmir decision, Pakistan should solve his internal problems first then try to solve neighbors problem. Pakistan is going through a major economic crisis and yet they want tension with a neighbor.

Pakistan is under heavy debt and because of that, they spend 30% of their budget on paying back. Only 1% of taxpayers contribute to the National GDP. Pakistani Rupee is declining day by day, 157.95 Pakistani Rupee = US$1.

It is a big problem for Pakistani Terrorist Groups as they have to fund organization in India and Afghanistan but they currently do not have the money to feed themselves. In that case, it is cheaper to fund unemployed groups in Kashmir to disturb the peace and carry out attacks on Indian Defence Forces but after the scrapping of Article 370, Kashmiris will get jobs and other private companies can invest there and modernization of state will increase and the literacy rate will also increase and that will directly impact on reducing unemployed youths and because of that Pakistani "Special" Force can't have that outside support.

It is all known that Pakistan can never indulge in a real war with India and as history proves they always believed in proxy war and whitewashing youths to carry out attacks.

Ever thought that why and how the children of the  Pak biased politicians (Hurriyat leaders) studying in UK/Germany/Australia/USA doing MBBS/Masters or Ph.D., from where is the money coming? they are getting paid to misguide the youth and they kept their children out of this but they have no problem in destroying thousands of Kashmiris Youth.

I will write another post about the politicians who are getting support from Pakistan and what their children studying and from where.
Till then keep reading VIVPOST.
